The Kingman Commitment

At Kingman Building Company, we understand how important it is for you to choose the right home. You want the home and the neighborhood to feel right, to be an extension of your life and your dreams. You want to know you have made a sound investment. Building a new home can be difficult—a time-consuming and stressful experience. It is important that you carefully consider the team you choose to build your home, the team that will guide you through the home building journey. The Kingman Commitment is our program designed to make your homebuying process a very positive experience, an experience you would confidently recommend to your friends and family. Our goal is to make this process run smoothly and to avoid surprises. The support and services that our team provides is the Kingman Commitment and that is what makes us stand out from the rest.

The most important part of the Kingman Commitment

is that we care about you.

The Kingman Commitment begins with a friendly greeting in our model homes. There is not a high pressure sales pitch—you will decide if our homes feel right for you. Our Sales Associates will tell you the benefits of our homes’ features, and will let you know about the many options that are available. If you think that you are seriously interested in one of our homes, we provide you with the "Homebuyer's Guide". This guidebook details information about the new home buying process, our new construction warranty program, and more detail about the many options and selections. Our Project Administrator will meet with you to review your personalized plans and specs prior to construction. We build your home “on paper” first to avoid problems later on.

A new home is the biggest investment most people will ever make. We understand this, and like you, we care about the quality of your investment. A very important part of the Kingman Commitment is our systematic approach to the construction process. It starts with a strong relationship with the dozens of subcontractors who contribute to the construction of each home. Our purchase order/specification system provides detailed instructions for each subcontractor. Our automated scheduling system helps to keep work progressing efficiently. Our Construction superintendents complete standardized, detailed quality inspections throughout the construction process. We keep you informed on a regular basis about your new home’s progress.

As your home nears completion, our Project Administrator will help coordinate the many things that need to be in place for your closing; such as insurance, title work, and financing. At your New Home Orientation, you will receive a complete demonstration of all the components of your home. You will also receive your "Homeowner's Manual" which provides essential information about your new home, about caring for your home, and about warranty.

Once we hand over the keys, we don't forget about you. For several days after you move in, the Construction Superintendent will be in touch with you to make sure that all is going well. Within a couple of weeks you will meet with our Customer Service Manager to address any questions you have and to fine-tune your home. At the end of the first year in your home, you will meet again with the Customer Service Manager to discuss any final adjustments that are required and to review the warranty coverage.

At Kingman Building Company, we are as devoted to you, the homeowner, as we are to your home. We want you to feel the same pride we enjoy the day we hand you your keys.

That is the Kingman Commitment.
